What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

How do I get graphics produced?

Producing graphics is very simple. We offer FREE DESIGN if you need help. If you have an experienced designer on staff who can do this for you, simply follow the graphic specifications section and send us the disk. We can also build the files for you as well. In order for us to build the files we would need to get originals from you. We then send you jpeg proofing until you give us the go ahead to produce. All of the displays have different size panels for graphic applications so make sure to call or email us with the product you want and one of our designers will give you the specific dimensions. How do I get a FREE DESIGN?

This is the easy part. Simply email us your web site address for us to view your company information as well as some basic information on what you would like to see. We will need to have an idea of what size display you are looking for, your turnaround time as to when you need it, any specific information about what your are trying to accomplish with the booth and what kind of audience you are targeting. We then come up with a FREE 3d design and email it to you. It doesn't stop there ... If you want to make changes to it feel free to do so as many times as you want until we get it right. How quick can I get a display?

Black and Grey displays with fabric only can ship next day if needed. Other colors ship within 5 - 7 business days. Graphics can be done very quickly but if we have to design them we need 2 days to design and proof before going into production. We will look at your due date and do whatever we can to meet it with the best products that fit your needs.
